Resource and Supportive Services has 6 programs under its department. First off is White Earth Constituents, which is located at the Naytahwaush Sports Complex. the Cass Lake Liaison Office at the Cass Lake Legion building that helps with band members on the Leech Lake Reservation. White Earth Urban Office which is located in Minneapolis area to help with our band member living in the urban area. We have the Homeless Program located at Giwainkimin Supportive Housing Building in Naytahwaush and at Dream Catcher Homes located in Ogema. We have The Energy Assistance Program located in Waubun and lastly the Weatherization Program.
Our offices and programs provide the following services:

White Earth Constituents Office- help clients with medical appointments, emergency stays, elder life necessity, emergency food vouchers, prisoner re-entry, natural disaster assistance and funeral assistance.

Cass Lake Liaison Office- Helps clients with medical appointments, emergency stays, elder assistance, food vouchers.

White Earth Urban Office- helps clients with transportation, provides resources our band members in the Urban Area.

White Earth Homeless Program- provides resources for person(s) experiencing homelessness.

Energy Assistance Program- is to assist low income households, particularly those with the lowest incomes that pay a high proportion of household income for home energy, primarily in meeting their immediate home energy needs. The program, part of Minnesota Department of Commerce Energy Assistance Program.

Weatherization Program- The Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) uses energy conservation techniques to reduce the cost of home energy by an estimated percent. Correcting health and safety hazards and potentially life-threatening conditions is the first consideration in WAP activities. Must be eligible for Energy Assistance to apply for Weatherization.
